Andrew's focus is on innovative solutions that resonate with audiences.

Outside of work, Andrew dedicated to his wife, Emily, his son, Silas, and his faith. His passion for business drives him to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Co-founder of SparkPoint and a proud Western Carolina University graduate, Steven combines creativity and technical skills to tackle any project. Whether it’s branding or marketing, no challenge is too big.

When not designing, Steven and his wife Macie enjoy raising their two kids, exploring the outdoors, and sharing their love for God’s creation.

Steven sees life as an adventure, best lived with hard work, creativity, family, and fresh air.

Lauren, a CareerFoundry graduate, is a skilled Digital Designer passionate about creating visually captivating and user-friendly designs. From brand identities to seamless user experiences, she’s dedicated to delivering lasting impressions.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys the outdoors—whether golfing, relaxing by the pool with family, or fishing at the lake. She believes creativity thrives when balanced with nature.
